We strongly recommend booking a deep cleaning if your home has not been professionally cleaned for more than 6 months.
Q: I have delicate surfaces in my home, like quartz, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. How do you handle these? With over 10 years of experience, you can be sure that we are very experienced with these surfaces and we always bring the appropriate cleaning agents. At the time of booking, you are always asked if you have any of these special surfaces so our teams are aware before they arrive at your home.
Q: Do you bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment? Yes, we do! Our deep cleaning teams are equipped individually with cleaning kits consisting of eco-friendly cleaning products that work, 2-step stools, extended dusters, non-abrasive sponges, scrub brushes, microfiber cloths, flat mops, and Dyson vacuums.
Q: What surfaces do you use the dry vapour machine on and is it safe? Our licensed dry vapour machine operators use it inside your kitchen and bathrooms only. It has been tested safe on the surfaces listed on our deep cleaning service checklist. Dry steam vapour will never be used on heat-sensitive surfaces that are porous such as hardwood, unsealed natural stone, or thin plastics.
Q: How many cleaning technicians will be deep cleaning my home? Depending on the size of your property and the scope of work we will send a team of 3-5 cleaning technicians including a supervisor for quality control.
Q: Are you bonded and insured? Vapour Clean is a registered company that is fully insured for your protection while our teams are cleaning your home. We are bonded and carry both general liability insurance and WSIB.
Q: Do you offer move-in/out cleaning? No, at this time we are not offering move-in/out cleaning. We are simply too booked up with recurring clients and it’s difficult for us to meet most move-in/out timelines.
